Conversations

I had some conversations with some folks who talk to a lot of people on a daily basis about the secrets of landing a job. Basically, temp agencies, craigslist, and knowing the right person. The only thing I'm missing here is knowing the right person. I managed to get a short assignment for a few days and it will be nice to have a job, even a short job. The only down side to it is that transit to & from will cost me about 1/4 of my pay. Parking is really bad at this place, so I have to ride the bus. I like riding the bus, it's a nice break from traffic. Just keeping all up to date on job search stuff & any issues I discover.
