Prettier Legs

Okay, while watching a commercial 10 years ago about cream that reduces those ugly bumps in our thighs, it occurred to me that I could do something different For FREE and burn calories! Now hear me out. All the treatments, doctor visits are doing one thing, moving the skin to break down the fat and help it get absorbed into the blood stream and eventually leave the body. Right! Okay, now what I did was sat on the edge of the couch and processed to open-heavy handed pat my thighs for about 5 minutes, moving my hands around the thigh all the while. Don't do it so hard where it hurts, we're just looking to get the fat to break down. Now I did this for about 3 days for 5 minutes at a time and was amazed on the difference. Now, don't get all crazy about and do it everyday until you don't see any, because that won't happen, unless you lift weights. Give it some time to work itself out. And in a month you can do it again if those ugly bumps are still screaming while standing in place. Now, if your skin is red afterwords, you may be doing it too hard, so back off some. Now, I know we have questionable opinions about our bodies and how they look in clothes, doing this alone won't change your life. If you want to increase the chances that those ugly bumps stay away, you have to change your food choices as well. Doing this and continue to eat fast food and fried foods won't make a bit a difference in the long run. You will still have health problems. I'm not a doctor and health professional, I'm a person who eats pretty healthy 95% of the time and takes care of myself. My legs still look good 10 years later after working on them for one month. I have my food weakness like everyone else, but most of the time, I eat pretty healthy. I would have to scroll back through all my banking to see when the last time I stopped at a fast food joint. I thought I would share my little secret with you to prettier legs for free, for those who work out everyday and still struggling with those ugly bumps.

Have a good weekend!

Observation

That person you see shopping for food is single and a home body. That person doesn't dress to say; "I'm sexy, look at me, I'm better then your mate!" That person is dressed in comfortable clothes. That person is accused of stealing mates from others just because of the out going personalty that person has. That person is misunderstood. That person can speak to anyone with ease to a point where it shocks others, but that person knows that to meet people, you must speak to others. That person has morals and self respect. That person is judged for what others want to see and not for what is. So, before judgement is placed out of fear, understand that person is lonely and wants to be important to someone. That person rather stay at home then be looked at like a mate thief, but has hopes that someday the perfect person will spot that person and say to self, "You are the one for me!" Until then, that person will move through life and enjoy what the day brings.

I was not feeling down when I wrote this. Just something that needed to be said!

Puppies & Tools for Survival

Now, shame on me for not getting everything I needed for Kaci, but I was POOOOR when I got her and had no funds, but I would not have gotten rid of her for anything. She was my driving force to succeed.

Doing things differently with Kelli. She has a playpen to stay in while I'm at work. The green patch is a life saver, spend the money on one if you're gone over 6 hours a day. I have a yard, but it is open to my neighbors, so she as to stay inside while I'm at work.

Now, to get through the night where I can get some rest, I got her a 30 inch kennel for her to sleep in next to my bed. No pic of it. Lots of treats to make it a positive thing and something called pet eze is my favorite thing. It helps her calm down enough so she can go to sleep. She sleeps for most of the evening while I'm at work and she isn't one to go back to sleep 2 hours after I wake her up. Some nights, she fights it, but does give up. I also have some lavender on a toy to help also to get her to sleep.

Took Kelli to the local puppy park and the dogs had a blast, but the humans are cruel and judgemental. Most likely will not go back to the park due to human treatment. I left (when kelli got tired) but left with hurt feelings. I will find someplace else that is fun for the both of us.

Now, each puppy is a teething machine and they HURT! And it's a period of time that can last up to 9 months of age after her adult teeth come in. So, get a 1 inch stick cut to a foot or two for them to chew on. They will chew on anything wood that is nailed to the house, but if you supply them with a stick that is just for them, it will reduce the house chewing by 90%. But it can NEVER NEVER NEVER be used as anything as toy for them to chew on.......... Again, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER used for anything other then a toy...... Maybe get some of the gravy spray made for the food and apply it to the stick to help them know and remind you of it's use. Another teething trick is to put some of the chicken chewy treats in the freezer to help cool the gums. Kelli loves her frozen treats!

Just some thought!!!!
