"What Color is Your Parachute?"

This isn't a pitch, but it has been helpful to me. I'm the queen of reference books and this is a good one for anyone who is deep in the job hunt like me. I've replaced my 2010 edition with the 2011 edition to keep up with the times and thankful for any help it gives me. I wanted to point out one thing that will shake every job hunter to the core with this line on page 98;
"Realize that the employer thinks the way you are doing your job-hunt is the way you will do the job!"
Now what I first read into this line was how I do my interview reflects how to do both, my job-hunt and my job. I go into my interviews thinking this way to remind me to stay on my toes as if going into work. I always throw myself into the job to give 120% everyday. So, I make sure I give 120% at my interviews and I think that its too much! LOL It's not funny, but the nervous laugh happens with discovery!
