Customer Care Service
Okay people. Each time you call customer service whether it's your bank, cellphone tech, anyone to get help over the phone. Be Patient! They're working off many windows on their computer. They could have as few as 5 windows up to as many as 15 windows. These folks talk to dozens and dozens of people each day. You can either be the rudest one of the day, which they will remember, or you can be the one who makes the day better and help them deal for the rest of their shift. A few hints before you call. Have all you information ready, read off any numbers slowly so they can make sure they get it right the first time. Please wait for them to ask for what they want to verify you with before you tell them all this information before that screen has even opened yet. They have a ton of information to remember, giving them your personal information before they ask for it is demanding them to remember more while working on several windows at the same time. Again, be patient. Following these few steps each and every time you call customer service will ensure everything gets done correctly, even if you just got off the phone with them. They completely understand the stress you may be feeling about what ever you're dealing with, but keep in mind that the person on the phone is there to help you solve any issue and/or answer any questions. Take a deep breath and be patient and together the issue will be resolved. BTW, sometimes being put on hold is needed to get the answers to questions from those who have them. Good Luck!
