Good Karma
When I left my other place, I left it in a warm light and not an ounce of anger or hate. Well, it paid off this week and I'm extremely grateful. So, when things look bad, unhealthy, your reaction to it can make the outcome happen. My reactions was to work my damnedest to make sure I did not sink to the other persons level and be as kind as possible. I lived in fear at this place, fear of touching anything, even my own stuff that I kept in the kitchen. But making sure I did everything I could to stay sane and live in harmony even thought I was thrown into a horrible and abusive situation. It's not about forgiving, it's about making sure how you react is as healthy as possible. No one is perfect, but using your head in the mitts of a mess really counts.
