Healthy Stomach

Ok, I have to brag about a silly book with a silly cover. It's called "A Women's Guide to a Healthy Stomach" I found it behind some hanging items at my grocery store. I looked at it and thought it might be interesting. Not only full of great information, but it's very funny. I haven't been shy about my IBS issues and always looking for more information on the subject. On the list of foods that are culprits, I discovered one was being put on my breakfast every morning; raisins. I haven't had any in a few days and I feel so much better. I don't feel bloated or the uncomfy pressure. The book does address other issues too like the every yucky diarrhea, constipation, acid reflux, bloating, gas, celiac disease, crohn's disease, and others. It does brings to attention that some medications could also be causing some of the issues, but gives good information on how to help solve it without giving up those meds. My favorite, finally some good information about what to look for when buying probiotics. Happy readings!
